Headsweats Announced As Official Partner Of DC Wonder Woman And DC Batman Run Series
Boulder, CO, September 17, 2019 — Headsweats, the leader in performance headwear and apparel, has teamed up with the popular DC Wonder Woman Run Series and the DC Batman Run Series as the title headwear sponsor through the 2020 race season. With more than 100,000 entrants across 10 U.S. cities, both run series are designed to empower men, women and children from all walks of life to unleash their inner superhero.
The inaugural DC Batman Run will be held in Los Angeles on Sept. 21, 2019, in honor of the 80th anniversary of the first Batman comic. Additional DC Wonder Woman Run and Batman Run Events are in the planning stages for 2020.

The DC Wonder Woman Run Series, produced by SON Events together with Warner Brothers Consumer Products on behalf of DC, was designed to empower women, men and children from all walks of life to harness their inner Wonder Woman and unleash the Superhero within. The series launched in late 2018 with runs in Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose, Los Angeles, and San Diego last year, attracting more than 10,000 participants.
The 2019 series saw eight additional events as well as a virtual run, allowing running and Wonder Woman enthusiasts to participate even if they live outside the race cities.
