Ordering Online from Headsweats.com

1: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

2: How much is shipping when I order online?
A: Standard shipping to all North American countries is $4, flat rate, for orders of ONE item; orders of THREE OR MORE items ship FREE GROUND DOMESTIC. International shipping is $12 per order. Overnight delivery is $24 for domestic next day service. FedEx International is available for $30.

3: Do you have NFL or Nascar hats?
A: No, that'd be great, sure, but because of licensing issues, we don't. Everything we currently have in stock is listed on the website.

4: Should I include my free hat (buy6/get 1 free) with my order in the shopping cart?
A: No, if you do, you'll be charged for that additional hat. Add your free hat in the comments section when prompted during checkout.

5: Do I have to order online or can I call my order in to Headsweats?
A: Either. We're happy to take your order by phone, if you'd like. Give us a call, toll-free, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 877-437-9328.

6: Do you have other colors or items that are not shown on website?
A: Nope, everything we've available is on the site; nothing hiding in the warehouse.

7: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Well, that depends on the method of shipping: overnight shipping will arrive overnight, but UPS ground may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

8: Can you ship overnight?
A: Yes, of course -- you can choose that option when you checkout. All Overnight orders must be received by 12PM EST. Overnight orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day (e.g. Mon-Fri). Sorry, no weekend delivery available. Overnight delivery is $24.

9: Where else can I buy your products?
A: You can buy Headsweats brand products in retailers all over the country or online at any of the big-name outdoor adventure type catalogs.

10: Are your products available internationally?

Custom Hat Orders

1. Can you do individual custom orders?
A: Sorry, no. Minimum orders for custom, embroidered Headsweats caps are 36. To learn more and see plenty of examples, visit our Custom Hat Center.

2. How long does it take to get custom hats?
A: Custom embroidered hats from the factory take about 60 to 90 business days; heat-transfered hats can be ready in 21 to 30 days. Rush shipping is available for an extra fee. Please visit our Custom Hat Information Request Page to learn more about ordering.

3. What types of files and version of our logo do I need to send for a custom hat?
A: Please provide your logo in Photoshop or EPS format.

1. Do you have women's sizing? Any difference between men's and women's hats?
A: For the most part, race hats are 58cm; the pastel blue and pink hats are sized a bit smaller, 56cm.
